No. Files from your connected FTP/FTPS/SFTP servers are not stored or archived by us. They are only technically processed when you explicitly trigger a file action such as preview, edit, download, upload, or transfer.
Uploads go to the external target server you selected. No file from that upload remains on our server afterwards.
Yes. For connection setup, the application processes credentials technically at runtime. The manager is built for secure operations; separate least-privilege accounts are the standard for that.

Access exists only as far as necessary for operation, support, security, hosting, database, and email delivery. External hosting or mail providers must be handled organizationally as recipients or processors where applicable.

You are responsible for your external servers, permissions, and backups. Liability for data loss, incorrect credentials, user mistakes, connection interruptions, or external server issues is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
